Tying It All Together

Decades of experience in the moving and storage businesses have given us a deep understanding of how trucks, cars, people and buildings interact and or operate. How the building serves our customers has been carefully engineered for maximum utility and efficiency. We have designed a comfortable, highly-functional ‘primary’ side of the building that effectively serves customers whether they are visiting to make a reservation, moving in, or visiting the building as a lifestyle customer.

These pictures show the construction process of creating the office area and the central dock with their associated network of ramps, sidewalks and stairs. They highlight:

  • Pouring of the concrete footers for the retaining walls, dock, ramps and stairs

  • The vertical concrete forms with rebar for the retaining walls

  • The construction of the West stair tower – you can now see three towers!

  • The stairs serving the central, main dock which can allow for 3 vehicles simultaneously.

  • An isometric drawing and closeup of the civil site plans – for fellow infrastructure nerds!
