Vision to Reality
The Graves Humphreys property had a premier location at River’s Edge in the bustling VTC campus corridor and great potential. A vision was developed for a pair of buildings which would include the creation of a new, high-tech storage facility, as well as the rebirth of the iconic Roanoke landmark. The complex would be rebranded as Varsity Park with a contemporary new look and a diverse, compatible group of businesses and services.

The iconic Graves Humphreys Building underwent exciting renovations with extensive building updates as well as a new look to tie it into the neighboring storage facility. Rebranding the building and complex as Varsity Park represented a new beginning and look to the future, while the renovation honored the building’s historic past.
