What is Varsity Park Studios?

Varsity Park Studios is a performing and recording studio - the perfect place to host your next podcast or vlog, or to complete a wide variety of voice work.

What audio equipment is included at Varsity Park Studios?

Varsity Park Studios includes: RODECaster Pro II Podcasting Kit with 4 Podcasting Mics.

Equipment NOT INCLUDED: A recording device (such as laptop, phone, SD card, etc., headphones or a video camera.

Does the rental include a sound engineer?

Currently, Varsity Park Studios does not offer a sound engineer, however, the space is designed for one, and you are welcome to bring your own.

What else is included with Varsity Park Studios?

This new studio features a high-end table custom-designed for the space (built by Roanoke’s TXTUR) that is perfect for audio and video podcasts. The Studio also has WiFi, and a private Green Room where you enter the space.

May I see the space before reserving?

Yes! We strongly encourage a a tour of the space, and you can set an appointment time when submitting your inquiry form.

Who can rent Varsity Park Studios?

The primary contact/renter must be at least 21 years of age. The renter must be present at all times. The person contracting the reservation is ‘the renter,’ and the responsible party of the event.

When is Varsity Park Studios available for rent?

It is available for rent 7 days a week from 8am until 10pm - subject to availability.

What is the cost?

Varsity Park Studios rents hourly: $30/ hour for the first hour, and $15/hour for additional time. There is a one hour minimum, and additional hours are not prorated. Additional charges may apply, and rates may vary.

*NOTE: All time in the space is charged, including set-up and breakdown/clean-up.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. Cancellations must be made in writing or email. Fees may apply depending on timeframe of advance notice.

How do you handle payment?

Payment in full is required to confirm your reservation. A credit card must be on file in the event of additional charges, such as time overage, space/item damage or loss, etc.

How do I make a reservation?
