Going Up!

Within the last few weeks, the site has added a bit of height!  The tower for a pair of high capacity elevators is now visible towards the center of the building. These central, oversize elevators will be convenient to all loading areas, accessible by spacious 10’ corridors to reduce bottlenecks.

 Also visible (view the pictures here) is the south stair tower. In addition to the stairwell, there is an extension on this stair tower that will house the mechanical systems. This was designed to increase building safety and remove these mechanical systems (HVAC) from their traditional location the roof. A second stair tower, the South stairwell, towards the Franklin side of the building, will be constructed after the foundation is poured.
