A Second Floor and More!

Much has happened in the last month, not the least of which is our world has changing dramatically with COVID-19 and its impact. Yet construction continues at the Varsity Park storage building and enormous progress is being made every day. The first floor is entirely framed in with units and key elements now visible, and the meticulous planning vision is becoming quite real. Perhaps most exciting is visualizing the spaces and taking in the stunning views that customers will enjoy through the windows of the spacious rental office, the Field House Event Space and the 3,000 square foot tenant space. Check out these views!

The second level steel framing is within a week of completion, and you can now see the windows at the end of corridors, the Lifestyle Lofts and their private windows, and future private office suites (also with windows). The third level floor is scheduled to be poured by April 1st. No joke.

While construction marches on, even as the world slows, our team continues working on the building technology, furnishings, and refining the customer experience, all with a focus on opening in June 2020.
