We’re finally here and the countdown to opening day has started. In the almost two years since planning began, and our team has:

• Collaborated in over a 100+ meetings with our team, architects, engineers, contractors and vendors

• Spent hundreds of hours in preparation and planning

• Invested millions

• Meticulously deliberated over every minute detail - making constant tweaks and adjustments daily

And now, Virginia Varsity Storage – Franklin at Varsity Park is opening!

No detail has been too small to obsess over- door placements, loading areas, paint colors, technology needs and features, property signage, furnishings, customer comforts… to name just a few! The planning team’s tireless pursuit of an exceptional, next-level storage property to serve our existing and new customers is finally about to be revealed.

Construction is almost complete, with various finishes still ongoing, systems tests being performed, and final inspections occurring throughout the building. The management and marketing teams have been hard at work training, taking pre-reservations and preparing for the rollout. Varsity Park has been a company-wide project unlike any other in our history. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome and confident we have built something that will serve the storing public at a far higher level than anything in this part of Virginia.  We are also immensely excited to provide a number of innovative lifestyle offerings to help improve the community as well as the quality of life of our neighbors and customers.

The building is just about ready. Our team is ready. As former Dallas Cowboys coach, Jimmy Johnson, once said about their preparation for the Super Bowl, “The hay is in the barn.” It’s game time.
