A Beautiful Symphony
The storage building is now under roof, fully enclosed, and its final form has taken shape. All windows, doors, and storefront openings have been framed in and the decorative cornice has been applied at the roofline. The building’s textured, exterior cladding is in the final stages, and the two-tone, white and gray color scheme is beginning to come to life. The separate, rear commercial entrance is nearing completion, as the full-sized loading dock and loading areas are now perfectly formed, curing concrete.
The building’s interior, likewise, is a frenetic symphony of activity with contractors of all disciplines making great progress integrating systems and infrastructure. Storage finishers (doors, hallway systems, etc.), MEP contractors, fire protection, security, technology and access control contractors are all working simultaneously and in concert, coordinated by general contractor, Lionberger Construction. The rental office is talking shape as are the unique customer spaces that will make the building so unusual and special for a storage building.
Preparations for opening have been ongoing for months but have now intensified as everything nears completion. We look forward to unveiling this dynamic, innovative building that will deliver the best in storage services to our customers and the community, as well as so much more. We think you’ll like it!
